Proclaim - no audio
Today we found ourselves unable to get Proclaim to output any audio with either of two movies. Wound up not using either. Setup is a Mac laptop running 10.7.4. We use the same configuration (Mac, cable, sound board, input etc.) every Sunday. Note that iTunes (on the same Mac, everything else the same too) gave us good audio output, so that means Mac hardware, OS, audio cable and sound system are okay.
Did something change? Am I missing something? Thanks in advance for any ideas,

Hello Don, sorry to hear about the audio issues you encountered. Nothing should have changed.
First thing, have you verified the volume control in the lower right of the service item preview is set properly?
I took a look at your June 3 presentation and I see one video which appears to be using local file content. Have you tried playing this video on another machine using Proclaim? If not I'd like to get a copy of the problem video from you to test internally.

1) I don't see any volume controls in Proclaim; gonna need some steering on that. (2) I have not tried another machine, as the Mac laptop is our only option. How would I get the video to you? (I have tried several 'known good' videos, ones we have used with success recently.) I appreciate your help...
