How long after subscribing to be able to download?

I subscribed with the free code hours ago and have entered the command "Update Now" numerous times as well as restarted the app (Mac user) and still nada. My Logos account online under the "Orders" tab in the "Order History" section says that it's been purchased or whatever. However, it's like it's just not registering with Logos 4 on my computer or something. Does it usually take this long? I read in other threads that it can take awhile to get it all sorted out, but this is kinda ridiculous.

I think it's most probably just the usual thing that Macs sometimes seem to have a problem with large downloads - the FSB comes together with additional resources, including Infographics, images and videos and thus may be one of the largest resources in Logos. Maybe you search the Mac forum for this or wait if KS4J or Alabama drop by, who may be able to tell you where to look in the Mac system to see whether this problem is occuring.

I think so. I am not sure why, but don't look a gift horse in the mouth. [;)]

I wonder if the system for "subscribing" to faithlife is slightly different than "purchasing" a resource. In any case, once the licenses are added to your account, they should be available to download. Like all other resources, it will need to download and index.

Logos just recognized Faithlife now. I tried updating a few minutes ago and got nothing. Then I got a couple free books from Vysro. So I restarted Logos and now Faithlife and the two free Vysro books "updated."
