Feature Request - Mouse Related

This has been bugging me for years, nay decades.  I use my mouse center wheel a lot when I'm reading my resources.  In L3 clicking the center wheel scrolls the text about two or more lines per click depending on the size of the type (zoom).  I've always wanted to be able to adjust this so it would only jump a line.

Now we have our brand new L4 and all its glitz and glitter - except - I still have to put up with the same old mouse problem.

Most utilities and programs I run seem to place calls to Windowz' external mouse routines which I can adjust in the Control Panel.  But Logos never has done this.  It seems to me it would make things a lot easier to program and at least I would be happier.

Does this annoy anyone else?

If what you're saying is that one mouse click equals more than one line of text...the yes...it's irritating...
