How to install CD-ROM (see below) on Logos 4

I have bought a CD-ROM (see below), but it does not run under Logos 4. Somebody told me that this CD-ROM would run only under Logos 2.1. What should I do? Can you help me, please? I am a beginner and recently I made a registration.

    Welcome to the forums Daniel.

    First I will suggest you edit your posting above to remove your registration e-mail address information since you should keep it private.
    To edit your post, click on the "MORE" then on the edit button on the top right side of your post.

    Since you are outside the US, I would suggest contacting customer service customerservice@logos.com and include your registration e-mail address and the serial number from your CD. They can unlock it for you at their end.  Once they unlock it, it should download automatically.

    For anyone who comes along and reads this later:

     

    I just did this by phone, took two minutes. By email will probably take some time for a tech to read it, but that is still fast.
