Help - every time I upload a video, the video uploads without any error message but does not show up in my content for services.

I have tried different formats and different sizes.

I think this could be very similar to the issue that I just posted about in my post 'Some of the content failed to download...'

How are you uploading the video? Are you using the Account menu (Account > Upload files...)? or the File... link on the video service item editor pane?

I am using the Account->Upload feature.  Video files will download, but then they disappear and do not show up anywhere.

Aha, got it. We do not support bulk uploading (uploading using the account menu) videos for use in the video service item. We allow you to select videos here w/ the intent that they are short motion backgrounds to be used by Song, Bible, and Content service items. If you want to upload a regular video for use in a Video service item kind you use the File... link located on the Video service item kind editor pane.

    1. Add a video service item
    2. click the file... link to upload your video

Does it stores those in the content for future use so you don't have to upload everytime?

Also, when using video files from my content that have been uploaded - it is taking a long time for them to become active in the presentation - we are getting the circle loading icon over the video on our order of service on the top menu...

What will speed it up?  Thought since they are already uploaded, it would happen instantly.

    Yes

You will see the spinner when the video is being downloaded. The icon in the upper right of the main window will show the download progress.
