Video and Audio out of sync after uploaded.

We're using some teaching videos in our presentation and when uploaded, the voice and video are out of sync. It plays fine locally on the machine. We originally were using .mov files but tried a .mp4 as well with the same issues.

We've pulled some video off youtube and that works with no issues.

What are we missing?

It sounds like there is an issue w/ the transcoding we do to uploaded videos. I assume these are recent uploads? What is the duration of the videos?

I found an example reproducing the out of sync audio in your uploads. Will investigate further and get back to you.

If we don't have a fix rolled out before Sunday, you can upload your videos to the presentation computer with local access. Select "Local to this Computer Only" on the Add Files dialog:

That way, you can run the videos without uploading them and causing the audio/video errors.

We have a case open with our third party video transcoding service to correct the problem. Until then the best option would be for you to use Local File Media has Hunter has explained.
