Has there been any progress on this? So far, the issue does not seem to have been fixed.

I was on vacation last week but I'm catching up with things. I'll ask the team this morning about it - I expected this would have been fixed over a week ago.

I talked with the team yesterday and it appears that the problem is more complex than first thought. Sorry that this has taken so long Armin, I'll keep you updated on this thread as I learn more.

The dev team thinks they've finally got this issue resolved. Could you please see if you can sync your notes properly by stopping and restarting Logos on your iPad? Please let me know how it goes.

Thanks so much for the update. All notes downloaded. Great news! When I created a note in Vyrso, they synced to the desktop. But when I created a note on the desktop, synced with your servers, shut down Vyrso and restarted it, the note did not appear - at least at first. However, the last few attempts, it has worked. I will keep an eye on it but so far I am very happy with it. Thanks so much!

That really is great news, and I'm happy it's now working again for you! This was a complicated issue that has affected only a few dozen customers, many of which might not even realize the problem exists for them. We might not have found the issue until much later without your help and persistence in describing the problem.
I will forward on the Faithlife issue with notes, but I'm on the mobile team and usually don't test web or desktop applications. In any case I really appreciate your patience throughout all of this... quite amazing.

After some more testing, my confidence that the bug is fixed is now so high that I started downloading my resources again on my iPhone. As I am just getting ready for a long flight, so I am very happy about this.
Once a bug annoys me enough, I get pretty persistent. You might have noticed that. [:D] But let me add my thanks: You have done a superb job at your end. My previous support experiences were not quite as good. I really appreciate what you have done over the last few weeks to get this resolved.
