I did just put this somewhere else, but thought I'd make sure this got read :-) Here's what I remember happening:
I had a presentation ready to go, had finished it at home and it synced up fine when I got to church. One of the other A/V techs saw the "Add website" feature, so I went to mess around with it and show her how it might work. So I "add" --> website --> type one in --> it says I have the wrong version of Flash (a newer one) so I can just view the non-Flash version, so I did. Then, I went to try a different site, and when I typed in the URL, Proclaim crashed and now I can't open up the program without it immediately giving me the "Proclaim has stopped working" message and having to close it. That stunk considering we were to begin praise and worship songs, etc. in less than 40 minutes. Doh!
Anyway, I also downloaded the software at work this week and it allowed me to log in. From there, I deleted the worship presentation that blew up (without trying to open it up first, of course... didn't want to take the chance). However, when I came to the church tonight (right now) and opened Proclaim and allowed it to sync up (assuming I had deleted the file in the cloud), it still tries to open to that same presentation and blows up.
What can I do? I thought by deleting that file from work it would be gone. And can this be prevented in the future? I don't want to be afraid to try other features for fear of losing presentations.
Thanks for your help,
Mike
