Slide Position

When showing song slides, it would be nice to have the current slide always be the second slide in the slide selector (the one that shows all the slides). This way the previous slide can be easily seen in case we need to go back to it. For that matter, it would be nice to do the same on other slide elements.

The timeline should automatically scroll the next slide into view while presenting. Is this not what you're experiencing? If not, are you using Mac or Windows? How many slides can you see in the timeline (how wide is your view)?

Thank you for the reply. Other programs I've used gives me the option to show the previous slide, current slide, and next slide. I like the timeline in that it give me the flexibility to show more slides.

I currently have my timeline set to show 4-5 slides.

The way the timeline works is unpredictable, sometimes the current slide
is the first in the timeline, sometimes its not. This happens when I click on the last slide shown on the timeline, the current slide is shown as the first. I would prefer that
the timeline shows the current slide at least the second on the time
line but never the first. I hope this makes sense...

Thank you for making a case for this. In retrospect it would be nice if the current slide is in the middle of the timeline. In any case, however your programmers can make this happen I am sure would be appreciated.
