Maximizing Video - Proclaim seem to crash

I was trying to play a video in Proclaim. Everything works well until I press the button to maximize the video to the screen. The program seem to crash. can you look into this. thanks.

Mac:

/Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/
The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.

Windows:

XP - %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
Vista/Win7 - %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\

Sorry, it did not log a crash. it seem that when the Proclaim Presenter screen is minimized, the video pauses and wont play again. I can go through the rest of presentation, just the video wont play again until Proclaim is closed and restarted.

I forgot to include that in my previous reply. I was running Proclaim on a laptop with Windows 7 pro with 4MB RAM.Let me know if you need more specific information about the computer if it helps.
