Proclaim and remote control documentation

I am a new Proclaim user and overall we are pleased with the product but the lack of documentation is somewhat disappointing.

We want to be able to use the remote control and I have tested it on my android phone and tablet. My wife who co-pastors is a Mac so she uses the i-phone and i-pad. Are there any release notes or anything that explain the features or even where the remote product is headed? The most recent update is even different from what i saw just weeks ago.

Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, this reinforces my experience with Logos Products of which I have been using for over 15 years. Great ideas, insufficient technical support. As a former IT consultant, this gets very frustrating.

That might be the best non-response, response I have ever read from a tech forum.

Especially since there are no videos on using the remote and no posts on using android.

Can you explain, if you work for Logos, why simply instructions are impossible to create for users? I know online documentation would just be too much to ask.

You might have less frustrated users posting here and in the Android store.
