Proclaim Remote - iPad

I've been using Proclaim on both Windows and Mac computers and controlling the presentation remotely using an iPad most of the time without issues. Quite a while ago when using the iPad to control the presentation I found that when using the portrait mode on the iPad numerous slides displayed on the left half of the screen. Then for the past several months or so when using the iPad in the portrait mode I could only see the current slide and a portion of the either previous or next slide and it filled the entire screen. On Sunday, 2 days ago, the smaller slides on the lift side of the screen showed up again. I like the smaller slides and more of them in the portrait mode but can't find how to determine which one (larger and fewer or smaller and more slides) will display on the iPad or how to change it to the one I like to use. I thought I remember a forum entry describing this but can't seem to find it. Can you help me?
Thanks
Pastor Brian

I'm referring to the slides that appear after you "Take Control" of the "On Air" presentation that I want to control with my iPad

That is odd. I am not aware of any other types of view for the Proclaim Remote app once you're controlling a presentation.
When I control a presentation it shows the current slide, with small portions of the next and previous slides visible as well.
Did that change after changing orientation?
Thanks,

Hmmmm. It was not the view you posted, but I just went back to try to give you a better description and it seems to be working fine now...guess I had some sort of a gremlin in my system that isn't there any more.
Thanks again for a great program!

The newest version of the iPad proclaim remote is ver very slow and gives me errors any time I try to take control.

What types of errors are you seeing? Are they pop up messages? What do they say? Are you able to successfully control any presentations at all?

I am getting errors as well. It shuts down when I try to take control of the presentation. I am using a first generation ipad and ever since we did the update for the remote it has not been working well. Is this because the update is more for iOS 6?

We are not able to control any presentations at all. It just shuts down when you choose "control". It shut down in our service and created a bit of a headache. Any thoughts on how to fix this? We use our ipad because it gives us much needed flexibility. I hope I can get a solution to this soon. Thanks.

Which version of iOS are you running on your iPad, Benjamin?

I'm seeing "Unable to render Presentation" but many times, I don't see anything... it just never opens.

Yes this is two weeks in a row that we can't control the presentation from our ipad. This is critical for us and will lead us to use a different software if this can't be resolved this week. The presentations show up in the ipad, but when you click "control" it says "request failed." Any help would be great. Also...different subject...is there a help phone number for proclaim? That would be helpful.

We are running iOS 6 on our ipad 2. We again couldn't use the remote. Is there anyone who can help us with this piece. We like Proclaim, however, this is a "must-have" fix for us to continue to use this software.

Some more info. We are running two different presentations at once. One in our foyer area and then the one in the Worship Gathering. Does it matter for using the remote that two different presentations are running? We tried to just choose the one we are wanting to control?

No, it should not matter if there are multiple presentations running. What kind of internet connection are you using?
Try shutting down the app completely (closing it from the active apps section) then restarting.
