Interrupted Upload and Frozen Syncing

I was in the middle of uploading about 60 photos for a slideshow when our internet connection was interrupted. It froze on the uploading even after the internet was restored. I force closed Proclaim (after it became unresponsive) and then when I reopened it it said, "Syncing" for close to an hour. I then clicked "Skip" and it froze so I had to fore quit it again. This happened a few times. I uninstalled Proclaim, reinstalled Proclaim and it's still doing the same thing..thoughts? The other computers we're using are fine, it's just my terminal. I'm running the latest Mac version of proclaim with the latest Mac OS update.

It would be very helpful to see your log files.

Navigate to:

Mac:

/Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/
The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.

Windows:

XP - %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
Vista/Win7 - %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\

Attach the files there to this thread.

I've attached my log files here (I've also got a Proclaim_Crash.txt and ProclaimError.log which I did not attach).

Your log file has revealed a app startup race condition we have on the Mac platform. We have a fix ready but as a temporary workaround please try restarting Proclaim and don't click anything while the startup completes. Interactions w/ the startup window during startup (even clicking another application windows) can cause this issue to occur. Surprisingly this is the first report we've seen of this issue though the offending code was introduced over a month ago... Let me know how it goes and if it still fails to restart after 5 minutes please repost that log file.

I tried this and left to go to the store, came back over a half hour later and this it was still "Syncing."8831.Proclaim.log
