Someone with more expertise in logese may find something valuable in your Logos4.log, but the crash log is from January 2011.

Looking in Logos4.log noticed stable Logos 4.5b SR-1 being used. Current stable release is Logos 4.5b SR-3; wiki Mac Troubleshooting has => Update Error with steps to manually update application, including download link => Current Stable release
Manually updating Logos Bible Software 4 application may also fix error messages in Logos4.log and Indexer.log files (suspect application is corrupt).
