Video "uploads" but unplayable on a different computer

Having problems with a video 187 MB and ~7 minutes being viewed on another computer. It uploads fine from the one computer. I think it syncs to the second one but gives a gray box for a thumbnail and won't play on second one.
It still plays on local (first) machine. "Local machine only" box is not checked, so I can't figure out why it won't work.
Also videos will not show up under "my content", just white-box thumbnails (and file names).
Content added using add item> video> file...
Using Mac 10.7.3 and newest version of proclaim--just downloaded on each machine, but had this problem last week as well with whatever version last week was.
thanks
Ben

If I understand you correctly you're saying you are not having issues w/ video using the latest version?
When you were having issues earlier did the sync icon in the upper right of the main window show an error? or was it green?

I'm uncertain. We're pretty new to this software. But I experienced the the same the problem last week with the previous version. Turns out the video don't upload. There's an error in some way. And then the video on the first computer ends up out of sync with video and voice.

I am also having a similar issue. The uploaded video backdrops play fine on my computer and another, but the church computer we use for presenting shows a still image. Is there some update missing for an external video player, ie. windows media player? I am using the most updated version on all 3 computers. Thanks!

Make sure you have shut down and restarted Proclaim on all of those computers. That way you can be sure that you are running the most current version of the application.
Otherwise, it would be helpful to see your log files. Gather them and post it to this thread per the instructions here: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/39446.aspx

Here are the log files. The software is up to date, but does not play any of the videos we have uploaded, although they do play on other computers. Maybe this computer has something on it that is out of date? It meets the requirements, and is running XP. Thanks again for any help!

It looks like you need to update your Windows Media Player to version 10 or later. Update that component and try to play those again.
Thanks,
