Just started using Proclaim a week ago. Looking for compression settings to import Digital Juice animated backgrounds for use in Proclaim. Resolution, format, etc.

Proclaim accepts video files in .mp4, .m4v, .mpg, .mpeg, .wmv, .asf, .mov and .avi formats.
The overall size of the video cannot be more than 200 MB if you want to upload it to our servers. Videos of any size can be used in a presentation locally.
