Today I did a dumb thing and deleted the group for presentations associated with my account. I was taking a look at the Faithlife Study Bible app to see how it will work for our congregation. Since I was having difficulty in getting the group synchronized between the various apps I thought I would delete the group and create a new one. This caused me to loose my on air license. Logos Tech Support took care of that by sending me a new activation code and now Proclaim is working again, almost.
When I put a presentation "on air" any device that previously saw presentations from the original group now do not see presentations. I have made sure that the location of the presentation is configured and that the devices have location activated. What makes this even more interesting is the fact the Proclaim android app to control the presentation finds the presentation and can control it but the Logos app and Faithlife app on the same device do not see it. I have made sure that the users are in the new group.
I seems to me that the new activation code or the new group is the culprit.
Not sure what to do next!
