iPad Remote Views

Is there any way to switch between these two views of the iPad controlling a Proclaim "on-air" presentation? Both views are in the Portrait view, but I can't figure out how to change from one to the other. Sometimes one shows up and other times the other shows up. I like the view where there are 2 full slides showing in the display but can't find out how to switch it into or out of that view.

It is hard to tell what you mean. There is the standard controlling view, which displays 2 or so full slides, and the order of service view which shows all of the service items in a condensed format.

Can you take a screen capture of what you're seeing? Hit the Menu button and Power button simultaneously to take a screen capture.

I get two different views on my iPad when I use it to "take control" of a presentation. Sometimes I am able to see the top image (below) with my iPad in the Portrait orientation, and sometimes I get the other Portrait view (2nd image below). I have never been able to change views and have to remain with the view that shows up when I "take Control" of the presentation with my iPad. I prefer the uppermost view (has 2 full slides and 2 partial slides) since it gives me a better view of the next or previous slide.

Mostly what I would like to know is how to switch from one view to the other so I can use the view I desire.

Ah, I see what you mean now. That is actually a known bug with the Remote app, rather than a feature.

I think this is a good example of differing design philosophies, as we never considered this to be desirable.

There is not a way to intentionally get to that view.
