strongs reference not showing up pbb

Can anyone tell be what I am doing wrong, I know I am missing something simple. I am tagging this commentary, yet when I test the strongs reference it does not show up when I build the book

    never strongs tagged, but would it not be standard link syntax, on mobile so cant test?
