all our pictures gone

I noticed several weeks ago that most of the pictures we had on Proclaim that we used for slide backgrounds disappeared. There were many pictures that were named that didn't disappear, but all the others did. We didn't delete any or anything, they were just gone one day

Are these pictures and videos that you uploaded to your account directly, or were they licensed media from one of our partners, such as GraceWay menua? Did you try searching for them by title or tag?

they were our own pictures that I uploaded. I figured out though that it was just that one presentation that the pictures disappeared on. If I make a new presentation or open up a different one, then the pictures are there. It's just that one presentation

no because the pictures still show up in other presentations. The pictures are all in the clouds, so if they can be seen on one presentation, they should be able to be seen on every presentation, right?

I also checked to make sure no one had removed them and they haven't

That is very odd. You're right in that I wouldn't anticipate having different media in different presentations.

Do you happen to remember what title you gave the missing media, and in which presentation (titles are fine)?
