I've Had Enough...I'm 15 min from service and Proclaim has kicked me off...

I've Had Enough...I'm 15 min from service and Proclaim has kicked me off...It will not accept my login and password, nor any of my other leaders.  I've changed my password and it still doesn't accept.  What in the world? Second seperate issue today....

    Sorry to hear it Pastor Jason. I would like to get your log files and see what type of system your are on. I'll email you directly to see if we can get to the bottom of it.

    I see you have already posted the log files. Thanks. I wish we could have got you an answer before your service this evening. I am working with our development team to get to the bottom of your crash and will contact you as soon as we have an answer.
