Backgrounds

Under the backgrounds "My Content" I am not able to right click and delete the content.  There are some backgrounds we have added that the remove is highlighted when I right click and other backgrounds from Proclaim that the remove button is dimmed.  These backgrounds are multiplying so that we have four or five identical slides of some.

Are the backgrounds that you're unable to delete uploaded from you directly? If not, then those are licensed media items and cannot be removed.
