Bug - Error during synchronization

1. Presentation was created on a computer in church office.

2. Attempted to open completed presentation in sound booth.

3, Presentation not found, receive error message: An error occurred during synchronization.

Made multiple attempts to sync but no success.

Thanks for your help. The proclaim log is attached.

I'm glad it's working for you now. Most of these kinds of sync errors are related to internet connectivity issues. You can ensure a more reliable experience if you connect your computer to the internet via an ethernet cable.
