i am looking for any scripture that can help me with "holy water " scripturaly based facts how to bless the water what prayers are effective and how does this relate with the "waters of separation" if at all if it isnt the same thing then whats the difference of the two? any help would be nice thanks

I'm not saying that this is precisely equivalent to the use of "holy water" in (largely) the Catholic Church, but you might take a look at

true but "Holy water is water that, in Catholicism, Anglicanism, Eastern Orthodoxy, Lutheranism, Oriental Orthodoxy, and some other churches, has been sanctified by a priest for the purpose of baptism ..." Methodists being mentioned later in the Wikipedia article.
