The program is hanging on "Updating Licenses" or Syncing ever time I boot it up. I have reinstalled the program and still the same problem.

It might help if you could let us know a little more about this problem.
What operating system are you using?
Do others in your group have the same problem?
You might also try posting the diagnostic logs so that the developers can investigate. See the post third from the top in this forum.
