All video thumbnails are black??

All of my uploaded videos work fine, but the thumbnail is just black. I'm assuming this is because they all fade in from black, so the first frame of the video is solid black. This makes it very hard to navigate my video content.

Is there a way I can choose the thumbnail frame to make it not the first frame of the video?

Hi Jonathan, i see this post is a year old .... have you found a solution?

Maybe at least, Proclaim could add the file name under the thumbnail?
