I could not find a button or link that would let me cancel my subscription. I then tried to call the 800# and was on hold for about 5 minutes before I gave up and came here. Thanks for you help...

I can't answer your first question but can say that Logos are usually very good on the phones and usually won't keep you holding for more than a few seconds - if your annual subscription is imminent then I suggest you give Customer Services another try.
If you are not in the US (or, actually, even if you are) Skype can be a good way of contacting them.
Wait times above 2 minutes are quite unusual, but I understand that we did have a larger than usual call volume yesterday.
