Multiple Languages

I was wondering if the Proclaim software is able to display multiple languages on the screen. For example: and English Bible Verse, and below that, one in Spanish as well?
- Thank you

Hi Max
I don't think this can be done using the Add Item - Bible route.
It could be done by cutting and pasting into Content Slides.

Mike is correct. It would be a manual process.
Although, it would not adjust dynamically with the Bible verse slides you could click "Customize" on a Bible or Content slide and add "Custom Field", adjusting each field to sit on the slide correctly, then type past the other language text in the added field. Let me know which language you are talking about. We do not support all language characters since Proclaim uses fonts in the program and not your local fonts.
I hope this helps.

Any plans on adding this in future releases? This is a big selling point to my church. Not only is it useful for displaying parallel translations of the Bible, but also different variations on the English translation as well.
Thank you.

Same here.We need to have Chinese and English version of the Bible verses on the screen at the same time.
We are thinking about switching to Proclaim when it first came out but look like multiple language bible verses is not support, so we went for a open source software that support this function.
I also think this will be big selling point for Proclaim.

Dear Logos,
Has there been any progress on this? I am part of a Church with both Chinese (Mandarin) and English speaking congregations, and am considering whether Proclaim could serve our needs. On the Proclaim website I couldn't find any information on support for other languages.

Multiple languages or translations are not something we currently support. Please visit proclaim.uservoice.com to submit any ideas for new ideas.
