"Not Licensed for Product"
I'm confused because I have downloaded the Faithlife app, created an account in Biblia, and downloaded the Logos app. I'm able to access the Logos app, and the Biblia on my computer, but every time I try to go into the Faithlife App, I get an error saying "You are not licensed for this product".
FYI ... I'm on Apple.
I see in the FAQ something about a $30 / yr subscription. Is that for the free Faithlife app? Do I have to pay that?
I do NOT have a Logos Bible Study Software package... is that what the $30 is to help cover if you don't have Logos? But, again, I downloaded the free Logos app and I can login there.
Any clarification would be helpful. I'm very confused.
Thanks!!!
Becky

Hey Becky - Welcome to the forums! Are you having problems accessing anything, or is it just a particular resource within the app itself?
FYI - The faithlife study bible is free for more than a year, but you must use an access code. Logos has suggested that it will become a subscription service in the future. Within the study bible itself are links to other resources, which any individual user may or may not have access to.

Have you created an account on faithlife.com? It will use the same login as the other Logos web sites, but you need to log in there in order to register, I believe.

I do have an account on faithlife.com ... and I am logged in there.
I'm having trouble accessing the Faithlife study bible app itself. Whenever I click on it, it asks me to log in, but when I do, using the same information as faithlife.com and biblia.com, it throws up a popup and says the "You are not licensed for this product".
I don't have the Vyrso app... do I need all these other apps in order to get Faithlife to work?

oops... I figured it out. I never went to faithlifebible.com and downloaded the books. I downloaded the app, but not the books.
Sorry about the confusion... we're good now!
Thanks!!!

We've had a few people in our small group experiencing this problem, too. They had downloaded the app and created an account on faithlife.com but did not sign up on faithlifebible.com. It would be nice if the process were simplified. There are too many steps to get this up and running.
