Bug: Proclaim crash during service

This was from a few weeks ago.  It had crashed one other time during another service but I don't have the log file from that.  We've been on it for about 3 months now, and 2 crashes in about 12 uses is not a very good ratio.  Any idea from the log what was going on?

Thanks,

Eric

    Eric,

From looking at the log file I notice a lot of failed
network requests for 17 minutes starting at 11:37am on 8/5 but there were no crashes logged. What kind of network connection does the computer
    running Proclaim have?

Can you provide an explanation of the crash? What were the
events leading up to it, did the computer reboot?

    Thanks,

    Allen,

    Thanks for the response.

We have DSL, and the computer is connected via WiFi.  Lack of a network connection shouldn't affect anything once the presentation is opened, correct?

I was not at the computer, so I can't tell you the exact error they saw.  I know it gave the option to debug.  They canceled that and Proclaim closed.  They started Proclaim up immediately and we didn't have any further issues.  The computer was not rebooted.

The computer was booted up at 11 and Proclaim was started then.  The pre-service section began looping and the service started at 11:30.  Both times that we've had crashes it was within the first 10 minutes of the service, when singing the first or second worship song.

    Thanks,

    Eric
