Video Crash

(Windows 7) Attempted to add 2 separate Countdown Videos from My File. Proclaim crashes over & over. They are "clean" QT video files. I ran on both my computers using diff video players. No problem.

Checking the keywords & seeing the Related Searches panel to right...this appears to be a "Bug to fix in future" for Proclaim. They all seem to be owner video files as mine are. Purchased from known sites for use in our previous software. Can I assume all of Proclaims "licensed" & purchased videos work just spiffy??

Hello Bill. Yes, we are working on this. If it's possible that you can attach your log files we may be able to tell if it has to do with a certain third party codec you may have on your computer. Please attach and we'll try to reproduce the issue and look into it.

Yes, video purchased from within Proclaim do work just spiffy. We will be adding more of these soon.

Here it is. I will also post as new meg.

Brief descript = I have a file on my home laptop where I put a couple of known, working countdowns that I use at church into.

I build a sample presentation. After the Loop/intro section I attempt to add this countdown video by either Content > Backgrounds > File >(select video file ) > Local to this computer.

OR by; Add Item > Video > File > (select video file ) > Local to this computer. Once the Video loads & shows me an image..the second I tap Preview the program crashes.

While I intend to use the Graceway library a great deal, I/we still have a great deal of $ invested in a large library of quality song background video loops + Countdowns. Attempting to use tham at all seems to be a problem. And that would be a huge issue for us.
