multiple different services at same time, act

New to proclaim want to make sure of a few things before we purchase.

At our church we can have multiple services with completely different content (songs, scriptures, videos) going at the same time.

Example:

Adult service - with worship and sermons

youth - with worship and sermon

kids - with worship and sermon

our Camp - in another city

all happening at the exact same time with completely different content.

is this possible with proclaim? will there be any problems?

also will there be problems with using remote app on them all?

 

Also are songs we edit or that may not be on ccli saved to computer or cloud or how will that work.

 

will ccli charge for every song we put in each week?

As, I presume each service will be built separately and given a unique name using three separate computers should not be a problem using Proclaim.

As to 'Will there be any problems' that is a big question.  :-)

Complete presentations are stored on the presenting computer - presentations are synced to the cloud so that if you needed to replace the computer the presentation could be downloaded onto a different one.

will ccli charge for every song we put in each week?

The Christian Copyright Licences is purchased annually and no charge further charge is made for using songs (although you should report which songs you have used at the end of the year so that royalties may be divided up fairly.

If you use songs not on their database you must make separate arrangements with the copyright holder. This is often quite difficult and time consuming.

Most public domain hymns are available via CCLI's service and it is a crime to use those that are not with out a copyright licence of some kind. Be careful!
