Shelf vs. Library ?
Hi,
Can anybody explain to me what the purpose of the "Shelf" is in Vyrso as opposed to the Library? The contents of the Shelf is different if I am online or offline. When I am online, there are books on the Shelf that I never looked at. How do I add/remove books to/from the Shelf?

I guess it functions kind of like the history tool, keeping a "shelf" of recently used books. I believe you have to have the library in recent mode to activate it and possibly go to read mode and back. (Going from title to author to recent and from the library on the home page to the library on the side bar seems to be kind of buggy. It will show recent books sometimes even with title selected or not change when you select a new category.)

Sorry, no. I would like to know too. [:)] (I think it is just a different view of the library).

When you are offline, you only see your downloaded resources. When you are online, you will see the rest of your library.

I have the impression Shelf may be an alternative way of getting at History

It's not a history, you are just viewing the covers of you books instead of a list. As Alabama sails what you view when online is your entire library of resources provides they are mobile enabled. When offline you can only view the books you have downloaded.

Actually, I see 21. Blackjack!
It appears to be the last 21 books used in the library. Of course, if you are offline, it will only show the downloaded resources.

The books that I see are certainly not the last books I used.

21? Weird. I have 20 (5 rows of 4 books each). You must have pull the 21st from your sleeve.
The "shelf" is currently in Title order for me. It did at one point show the top Recent books, but has since changed back to Title sort. Not sure what's going on there.

I was using my iPhone. I don't actually have Vyrso installed normally. I downloaded it to check on this issue and have already deleted it.

I don't know. It was showing me my most recently used books, in the order they were used, even after changing sort order in the library.
