I am having syncing issues. I am logged in, make a presentation, sync the presentation. Then when I get to church, it is not there. This has been happening since June. Any help is appreciated.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems, you must have the patience of a saint to keep soldiering with this problem since June.
That really wasn't necessary - we are here to help and the developers are all over the forum helping people out. I guess you have been overcoming the problem by using a physically carried laptop as back-up to the church computer?
In order to get a handle on your particular (and I think unusual) problem perhaps you could give us a bit more information.
1. Which operating system are you using at home and/or at the church?
2. When you sink the presentation to the computer at home I presume that you can do a trial 'On Air' run through with it?
3. When you are syncing at home are you checking that all the videos have also finished syncing - these appear as tabs under the presentation screen - and seem to the independent of (and confusingly) provide different information to the top sync button?
4. When at church are you getting a good internet connection and are you clicking the sync button on the churches version of proclaim?
5. How long are you giving the computer in church from startup and proclaim launch to finish syncing.
6. I take it that both the home and church computers are signed into the same group/s?
Hopefully, with a bit more info we can narrow down your problem and get you working as soon as possible.
