Paid License

I am the Tech Dir & worked with Proclaim for a time, opening our "Group" on a trial basis.

Last Saturday my pastor went online & paid the license fee etc.. We have our Group Profile page now at Logos. In the "Tech Booth" I develop the presentation in our group, then when I hit On Air I get the pop up request to purchase an On Air License. The line is the to go on with a watermark. This stopped us from running Proclaim Sunday. What I discovered just before service is if I hit either the Close X at upper right, OR the watermark line, Proclaim comes up licensed & clear. Full access to our subscribed media as well.

How do I get this to stop?? Do I go get an Activation Code he was sent (I assume he was) & manually enter into the Booth PC??

Also is there a more efficient way of displaying available Graceway Media rather than endless, very narrow scrolling thru the Store Library??

Hi Bill

Once your pastor signed up and invited YOU to join HIS group (and you, of course, graciously accepted) you should have been able to access, use and create watermark free presentations.

If you can't do this then a phone call to tech support would be in order.

Is there anyone we can call & have a 5 minute conversation with? For 1 thing, when we purchased our License my pastor told me he had a Graceway subscription. Well turns out he has an Unlimited Stills subscript but he has prepaid all way through 2014. I need to find some way to add the motions. But if that means that by already having been a loyal customer of Graceway & chunking out a good deal of $, we now must pay the Full $249 annual for motions...well, that won't sit well.

Appears I have made a grave error on behalf of my church. In excitement over the product we bought into a software at an annual fee that was released via internet before being debugged, no training manual & ZERO customer support. Paid licenses as your Beta team. I went into this so0ftware blind. Every minor issue I run into I have to go to the forum, searh rediculous myriad of posts & plink & plunk thru a Bug report that may or may not get answered

Question is, can we cancel our order in any way. Or do I try to bluff my way through until we're stable. Or confess & cut our losses.'

I have 3 forums that are waiting for us "Proclaim" people who jumped at a web page & slick video...now we drag back & report our experience. Great

I doubt you could call it a grave error even if you consider that you have made a mistake. I have always found Logos to be scrupulously fair and ready to offer a refund to any dissatisfied customer. On occasion many have threatened to ask for one but they always seem to stay around the forums offering a bit of help and advice - one can only assume that they stuck with it!

I don' t recall if I mentioned it before but I have successfully used videos from many sources including, Sharefaith, You Tube, Family Friendly Churches Trust and The Big Read. I did look at the web site that you said you got most of your videos from and note that they offer downloads in various formats. Have you considered trying to download a fresh copy of one of your stock videos. I take it once you have purchased an item you can download it again at will?
