The program crashed while I was attempting to start it. All I receive whenever I attempt to start it is a black screen.
What happened after you did a full shut down of the device?
I still experienced the black screen. I attempted to load the app many times without success. Finall I deleted and reinstalled the program.
...and? Did that fix the problem?
Did this happen just after you updated to the new version, or did you have version 3 working before?
