Presentation rendering request failed

I am able to view Proclaim on my computer but is not able to assess it using my IPad and IPhone. Each time I try to view it I get the following message: PRESENTATION RENDERING REQUEST FAILED. What do I need to do to fix this problem.

I am able to reproduce the issue, and have reported the problem to development.

This has been resolved; you should be able to view and control your presentations in Proclaim Remote again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Thanks for working on this issue. I am able to view the 09-09-12 Sunday Morning Worship but the 09-02-12 Sunday Morning Worship is still giving me the Presentation Rendering request Failed message. Once again thanks on working on this for me.

We had the same problem on Sunday.

We have had this same problem for 2 weeks now. I love Proclaim but this is ridiculous.

I'll just add that I had the same situation tonight. I received the same error mentioned above repeatedly when attempting to use an Android phone and an iPad as a controller. Is there an issue server-side?

I'm sorry you are still experiencing this problem. Our developers are currently looking into the issue, and we will post an update when we have one.

This issue should be resolved now, though we are still testing the fix. However, you should be able to view and control presentations again.

A quick test here and I can confirm that the remote, at least for me, is working normally. Thanks!

I seem to be having the same problem. Is there something I can do or is it a system issue? I cannot control the worship presentation this morning from the iPad.

Had multiple issues this morning with this. Our issues are accumulating to the point where we are now looking at alternative church presentations. As much as we love the concept of Proclaim it consistently has glitches.
We logged out, reopened the program multiple times, tried on different ios devices but to no avail. Ended up using the handheld clicker to advance the slides which is not our preferred method.
Hopefully a complete fix will come very soon.

The iPad app was worthless for services this morning. Loaded up Proclaim on my latop at home to confirm thaat it was not our internet ccess at the church and here at home I can see the presentation now but it is very slow. Takes 10 - 15 seconds to switch slides. Hopefully this issue will be solved quickly because I rely on having the ability to see and control the presentation from my ipad.

REQUEST:
Please follow the same setup the Planning Center uses for it's Music Stand and Presentation software. When they release a fix, they keep the previous version as a Legacy application. This allows us to not have Sunday disasters because of new bug introduced by Proclaim. It seems there wasn't good internal testing for this latest version. Not only did remote control not work, but about 50% of our people weren't getting the push notifications when the slides changed.
I wish I was able to go back to the more stable version we used last week. Please give us this option.
The advantages of Proclaim is that we get your latest features as they are released instead of purchasing an upgrade. The disadvantage is that we are also getting your latest bugs as they are released. There needs to be a way to remove the latter from causing issues in our services.

Also, I was unable to import PPTs from our guest speaker today. Very embarrassing.

There were load issues on the slide renderer service used by the Proclaim remote. If you received the "rendering request failed" message this is likely the cause. Working with the services team to determine exactly why this happened and how to avoid it in the future. My apologies for the disruption this caused.

Scott, where does this issue stand? Is it going to be fixed for this coming Sunday? Also, is there communication happening internally as the post that I have been writing too Spencer is checking for "server" issues with traffic...Thanks, Jim
