I go to add new "content" and there is a picture already there that I cannot change

What happened is one of our guys added the sermon slides, which is good, but for some reason, the last sermon slide has appeared to take over the "default" content. I went to add a slide for greeting time and it just showed up with this pre-prescribed image that I can't change.

Any ideas?

I'm not 100% sure what behavior you are referring to here. Are you saying you are getting new slides with a set image background? Currently, we reuse the last style per service item type. So, once you set a style for, say, a content service item, it will use that one the next time you add a content service item.

However, you should be able to change your background by going to the "Background" section for your service item and changing the background to the one of your choice.
