songs disappearing

last sunday we had the mysterious issue of songs disappearing from our playlist during the service! we were midstream worship set ....seriously embarrasing for the team
we had no backup for the song set and we are seriously considering going back to the pc and using easyworship again... its basic but it works..
I will be looking for a log on sunday to see if there's a report on this issue..
the operator tried to access the song again with songselect search but the song didn't come up in the search window..is there a way to search for the CCLI number?

Very interesting. We had the exact same thing happen this past Sunday as well. Mid service, while "on-air" two songs disappeared from proclaim. After service we tried to look up the song, and nothing was in "My Songs." We produce the service on the mac platform, and project on a PC.

I'm investigating both cases. I have a few questions.
Where the songs currently being presented when they
disappeared or where they upcoming service items?Did you notice the songs disappear in the order of service
(left side of screen) and the timeline (bottom of screen)?Pastor Todd, Did this happen on your early or late service
on Sunday?0 -
This happened in early service.
We made a change to a song order for early service about an hour before service. The change was on the machine used to project. When service started, everything was going fine until time to sing that song. Song was missing. My worship guy said it was missing from left side.

We have had similar problems the past two weeks. Last week, we lost one song (on the left side) and had to reinsert it from SongSelect as the screen offered NO songs from our own library. We caught this before the service and were able to make the correction in time. Yesterday (Sept 5, we lost all our songs with the same issue ( nothing on the left side, the lyrics showed on the right side but wouldn't play, nothing showing in our library, we had to download all the songs again. One possible factor? We tend to modify some part of the song where (ladies sing) etc. Is the modification of the template causing the issue? Also, I saw an error message that our library was not available while we were offline. Our internet was working and we pulled the presentation from the cloud so...

FYI: We have all our music in Proclaim and run it at practice to make sure we have the presentation ready for Sunday's service. Nothing happens during the week. It is only on Sunday, the "scheduled day" of the presentation that causes problems.

Another observation: We tend to pull more songs from our own library as it builds. If I'm getting an error message about the connection to our library, it makes sense that those songs would disappear from our presentation. Is there an issue with connectivity to our music libraries - but why only on Sundays??? Just thinking... which hurts.

Allen, For me, the left side of the screen is where we can edit the song. The right side is where we preview the slide. For us at Union Chapel, the order of service shows everything intact.
