Logos 4 will not display properly

I have a new PC laptop running Logos 4.  A few weeks back it seemed to work fine.

Now when I run Logos 4 the window will not display.  the program does not appear to crash, but all I get is a transparent window.  No text etc is visible in the Logos window.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing but the problem persists (although now I cannot see anything at all).

Has anyone had this experience before, and possibly offer suggestions to fix?

Thanks

Albert

Thanks I appreciate the help.  I had tried something similar to this to no avail.

But I did in the process manage to get this to work.  I had forgotten I did an nvidia update ... once I recovered the previous instillation it was working fine again.

Seems that update ruined my logos display for reasons I cant explain.

Not all nVidia cards are made by nVidia. For example I once had an eVGA nVidia card, updated it on the nVidia site and it wasn't pretty.

Unless nVidia makes the card, it's best not to update the card from the nVidia site. This can cause the kinds of problems you saw. Only install updates from the card's brand-name manufacturer. Or if you have nVidia graphics integrated into your motherboard, upgrade from the manufacturer's web site, or as they instruct.

If that wasn't your issue, nVidia released a buggy update.
