Logos 4 stopped working!!!!

Had this same problem just a few months ago, reformatted HD and reloaded after losing so much. Anyway, ran fine for a little over a month and now says " Logos 4 stopped working" I should have saved all the info on how to get my log and all. Please help.

    For enabling diagnostic logging and uploading logs please see http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging

    Is there anything particular you are doing when Logos stops working or does it not work at all?

    Also recommend you edit your post (press the "More" button and select Edit) to remove your email address to avoid spam robots picking it up

    Doing nothing unusual, it appears to start loading & then just comes up that it  "stopped working" windows is checking for a solution.

    It's a problem I don't remember seeing but there are people more qualified at reading logs than me but it would be useful to have a full set of logs posted as files as opposed to pasting text. For details of doing this please see http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging#What_do_I_do_with_them.3f

    But I would suggest contacting Logos Customer Support - details at http://www.logos.com/about/contact - and see if they can help
