HELP!!

I have a personal account where i make my the presentations for Sunday worship, So i made a Logos account for our church and add them to my group so when i go on air on Sunday they can see the presentation on there smart phone, but when go on view only a white slide comes up and nothing else. what should i do to correct this problem?.

Are you trying to let someone drive the slides from their phone? We have to start the presentation on the computer first, and then the person with the phone can take over.

Also, make sure you have the correct location set on the presentation- you can't get to the presentation if your phone isn't in the same location.

i want to let someone view the presentation, and I did start on the computer first, and yea they are in the same location. Where your souppose to see the slides it shows a white slide only nothing else..

Are you trying to have the smartphone display the same thing that's on the screen? Like it was a third monitor? I don't think that's available. If your slides have signals, you can send the *signals* to the smartphone.

Hi Francisco,

It sounds like you are trying to use the Proclaim Remote app on your smart phone as a way to view and follow the presentation. That's not truly the purpose of the app; it is intended as a way to remotely control the presentation. In fact, if you allow other people to "control" the presentation on their smartphones, they could easily move the presentation forward a few slides by mistake!

Even so, it is strange that you are only seeing a white slide. Can you give me some more information?

- What is the make and model of the smartphone you are using?

- Can you give more detailed steps as to exactly how you are arriving at the white slide? 1) You go On Air with the presentation. 2) You open the Proclaim Remote app on your smartphone. 3) When the list of presentations appears, when the On Air presentation listed under "Control", do you click "Control" for that presentation? And then you just get the white slide? Or are you choosing the presentation from the "View" section?

Are the slides using local file media? If you checked "Local file only" when adding a custom background or importing PowerPoint slides, then it will show up with a white background in the Remote. The text should still be visible in Song, Bible, and Content service items, provided that the text color is not also white.
