Not sure if everyones copy is like this, but my copy seems to not have the normal formatting as my other logos books. It just seems a little chaotic to read.

My copy looks the same. Your arrow pointing to "Perfect Kingdom" (same as below "The Dispensation of the Fulness of Times") could be an error - or this could be conciously made for emphasis.
Your other two arrows inho just come from the fact that Logos uses an indent on every paragraph start and here the resource has a paragraph that is only one line long in your tab/window (ends with SON OF MAN). Obviously the author/editor loved this short paragraphs and all kind of emphasis. Someone with a paper copy or a link to a scan may compare.
EDIT: I looked up books.logos.com, but they don't carry scans of that particular book. However, you can see from the one they have, that he really liked to use this stuff, including putting relevant things centered into separate lines and having qoutes differently indented than his own paragraphs.
