It would be helpful if there was a section for notes for the whole service.
This would aid communication between users so that you can know when someone has completed their section of the service - they can mark it as "signed off".
E.g. Preacher adds his slides, text and closing song and marks in this section as signed off when he is happy with what he has done.
This helps those that check the services to ensure we are "service ready" - they know at a glance that all those involved have input what they need to / checked the plan.
We currently use the notes section under a welcome slide but this is a bit cumbersome and prone to copy paste errors.
