Getting Away From Powerpoint

Is there a way to build PowerPoint type slides inside of Proclaim? I'm looking to upload a static or moving background and then place notes on top of these backgrounds. Adding "content" will not allow for different backgrounds...adding "image slideshow" the notes do not appear. I would like to get away form building a presentation in PowerPoint and then adding to Proclaim...just seems redundant.

We are using Proclaim 1.6 on Macbook pro 10.6.8.

Hi Jack,

I think I may be confused about what you are asking. Are you unable to select custom backgrounds for content service items? Have you tried using the "Background" tab while editing? You can select any background you'd like, moving or static.

I think I figured it out...here's what I'm doing now:

Adding "Content" for message points and adding "Bible" for scripture references. I'm my post PowerPoint/ProPresenter mind I was looking for one "Add" command that would do both. Proclaim is a different, and so far I think better way to think through the building of presentations.
