importing from planningcentreonline

I've created a service plan in planningcentreonline. When i import into proclaim the videos don't seem to work. All i see is gray boxes. I know the file type is supported as i can add the media directly but this defeats the purpose for us. I'm using windows version if that helps

That is by design. For Planning Center Imports, we pull the outline, text for content service items, notes, and songs over. However, we don't pull any media. The purpose of the Planning Center import functionality is to import the basic outline and content into Proclaim.
