Hi Michael,
A few things. Could you tell me more about the type of content you are trying to upload? You say "especially videos": is it only videos, and if not, what other items are you trying to upload? What are file formats for the media you are using?
Finally, you've attached ProclaimError.log, which is helpful, but even more helpful would be the Proclaim.log. It should be in the same folder as the ProclaimError.log. Could you try to upload something and then attach the Proclaim.log to this thread as well? Thank you.

It happens when trying to upload .mpg and .wmv files. i can't say that is all the types are causing problems but are the ones I am currently trying to upload. I have tried both methods of uploading (trying to add to presentation and by the Upload Files option under my account drop down) with no luck. I have tried more than one file and one at a time with no luck. It gets to around 99% and says it failed.

Thanks Michael. I'm able to reproduce the issue myself, and our developers are looking into this now.

This has been resolved. If you try again, you should be successful. Thank you for letting us know about this!

It still does not work. I have relaunched Proclaim and tried a different video file and still gives an error...

I apologize, Michael; I thought you were included in the other video related issue we experienced today. This is evidently a separate issue.
I have passed your logs on to our developers and they are looking into the matter.

Any status on this? It still does not work and my service tomorrow is approaching fast...

Michael, I wonder if you have a proxy or firewall set up on your computer? This may be causing problems.

No. I have tried this on three different computers from three different networks. There is another forum post of people having the same problem. The problem is definitely on Logos' end if this many people are having trouble.

We did experience some problems this weekend, but those should now be resolved. Could you try uploading again and, if you are unsuccessful, please post your logs? I do realize you posted logs before, but those were due to an issue which has been resolved and if you are still seeing problems, it will be due to something else and we will need the logs to investigate. Thank you, Michael.

I was just prompted to update my version and with that version, the upload succeeded. Thanks. I am trying a bulk upload now to see if it is successful in uploading multiple files
