Proclaim Remote - Android

There is supposed to be the ability to see notes with the remote app.  This is a new function, or so I saw via the Facebook group.  I didn't get notified that the app needed updated but uninstalled and installed again and it still looks exactly as before.  What gives?  Using the Kindle Fire.

    Hi Eric,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The notes feature is tablet-only, and it looks like the app is not detecting the Kindle Fire as a tablet. We are currently working on this issue and will include a fix in the next update.

    Hello and thanks ahead of time for your help.

     

    I have a Kindle Fire also. Just downloaded Proclaim onto my laptop and the remote app onto my Kindle Fire. When I go "On Air" on the laptop and turn on my app, I have no way to "Take Control" as the iPad has apparently. Is there a particular place I should be looking on my Kindle Fire to do this or is this also something that's not registering with the Kindle Fire also? Is the "T" icon the "Take Control" feature? A little at a loss here.

    The T icon displays slides in the Presentation without the background, showing just the text on the slide.

    To control a presentation select Open then Control under the appropriate presentation once it is set to be On-Air.

    Same problem is happening for me today on my ipad - won't display notes features (or any feature options other than the T .  Worked fine last week.

    The correct version of the iPad Proclaim Remote app has been published to the Apple app store again, and you should now be able to see all of the additional tablet views again once you update the app.
