This is a workable docx file of the appendixes found on the internet (public domain), with the images.

If some can improve this file, please do and share! Hopefully someone will post the notes in the Companion Bible soon.

These works are in the public domain.

As always with theological works besides the Bible: use with care. The editors of the CB had some views that are not shared by many believers (please do not start a discussion about that here or on this forum).
