help Logos 4 preparing library

Hi everybody

I don't know what's happening, I've just started up logos 4 and it is continuing displaying a image saying preparing your library

 

this seems to be happening all the time, it is stopping me from using my resources,
I have no choice but to reinstall Libronix 3 

I am using the stable release , I have been waiting for over two hours and it is displayed the same information, if I shut it down and restart the program the same thing happens

I have become very disappointed I did not want to reinstall libronix 3 ,

We need to see some logs to help you - specifically logos4indexer.log and logos4.log
